When I move, can AngelGuard move with me?

Yes

Is AngelGuard service expensive?

No, It is just pennies a day.

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

No. You can begin or end service at anytime, without penalty.

What if there are problems with my equipment?

Everything is covered by an unlimited warranty.

Can I wear the button in the bathtub or shower?

Absolutely. The help alert button is completely waterproof.

Will my system work if the electricity goes out?

Yes. The system has an emergency backup battery that is automatically tested every 24 hours.

Do I have to have special wiring?

AngelGuard protection is professionally installed and easy to use. It works by radio waves and by your telephone, so there are no messy wires or additional phone bills.

If my doors are locked, how can emergency services get in?

If you want, a special lockbox outside your door contains an entry key. We provide the police, medical or fire services with the combination at the time of an emergency.

What if I push the button accidentally?

No problem. Just tell us that you're all right.
